At Longlands, the children are placed into one of four houses: St Patricks, St Davids, St Georges and St Andrews. The children are awarded house points throughout the week for their hard work and good examples of behaviour in the class and around the school. Each week, the house captains count the house points awarded in each classroom and the results are announced in assembly and the winning house receives the House cup.
During sports day, the children also compete within their houses and the winning team is awarded the Sports Day cup.
Our playleaders guide games at lunchtime. They encourage children to join in the variety of games we have avaliable at lunchtime. These games include: bowling, darts, lego and a variety of board games.
